Frank Drenckhahn-Hams

CEO


BEng Civil Engineering & Architecture
Frank worked as an architect until 2016, managing high-profile projects such as Hotel Inselloft Norderney and Schillerqubes Berlin. Concurrently, Frank co-founded Trampa Boards Ltd. with Ted Orr and was responsible for product design. In 2014, Frank collaborated with Benjamin Vedder to address the power demands of Trampa Boards’ electric mountain-boards. Their work significantly transformed the micro-mobility sector around the globe. Frank has assembled the team of engineers and championed the establishment of Dynamesys.

Elwin Boots

Motor Control & Hardware Consultant


Master of Science Mechanical Engineering, (TU Delft)
With 13 years of hands-on experience in high-end mechatronics, Elwin is an accomplished mechatronic system architect. He began as an intern at the contract R&D firm MI-Partners, where he designed the electromagnetic actuators for a novel six-DOF (degrees of freedom) trough-wall maglev stage. Since then, he has contributed to multiple large projects in high NA EUV lithography, together with industry leaders Zeiss and ASML. In these complex, precision-driven projects, Elwin played a pivotal role with his broad understanding of dynamics, control, electric motors and software.

DAVID MOLONY

Motor Control & Hardware Consultant


Master of Engineering (Cambridge) CEng MIMechE
David started his career working as an engineer designing the reactors that are now used to grow 50% of all GaN devices made, he then moved into robotics and automation for biotech as the Technical Lead for several developments including cell culture automation, DNA sequencing automation and biosample gas chemistry measurement. During CoViD, David used these skills acquired to work on light EV designs and motor control hardware and firmware which had always been the biggest headache in automation projects.

IT Security & Infrastructure Specialist
Stefan is a computer scientist, educated at Humboldt University of Berlin, with more than 15 years of work experience in this field. As an entrepreneur he founded in 2004 a company offering IT services in the field of software development and IT infrastructure for companies. Specializing in IT security, infrastructure and communication, Stefan uses that experience to build and develop more secure business environments and applications.
