The RFLX CORE is our rugged powerplant for applications running below 100 A continuous current, with peak currents beyond 200 A. Fully potted and equipped with IP67-rated connectors, it is built to keep working when conditions get rough.
We boiled it. We deep-froze it. We even used it to drive nails into a wall.
If your operating environment is harsh, the CORE is built for it.
And there is more to the CORE than sheer physical toughness. It packs a versatile set of power and connectivity features into a compact package: a software-switchable 24 V / 1 A rail, two software-switchable 12 V / 1 A rails, and a 5 V output. Connectivity includes UART, three analogue inputs, two CAN interfaces, USB, and two GPIOs.
An external input allows the CORE to be reliably switched on and off. For applications where critical information must be preserved, the processor can remain powered while the main system is shut down — keeping data such as sensor calibrations safely available.
These capabilities make the RFLX CORE particularly well suited to cargo bikes, e-bikes, quadricycles, AGVs agricultural automation, and any other application where reliability and safety matters.
The CORE is part of the RFLX (pronounced Reflex) controller family, here to set a new standard in motor control. You have to try it yourself to see how simple the setup can be and how it feels when razor-sharp precision pairs up with uncompromised performance. No legacy clutter, FOC at its best and for you.
You know that feeling when technical issues are in your way and progress stalls? We started with the vision of creating a product that is simple to use, outperforms the existing solutions, and can be trusted when it matters. The controller you would choose if you want to build the best version of your product.
Dynamesys hardware was developed from the ground up alongside a new firmware and software stack. Built on decades of combined motor-control expertise, the Dynamesys Firmware and Workbench delivers a new generation of high-performance motor control — powerful, precise, and remarkably simple to use.
The result: a clutter-free, razor-sharp tool that is intuitive to use while offering advanced data-analysis capabilities.
A key focus was making motor detection and setup as straightforward as possible, delivering high accuracy and repeatability, every time.
Many of our customers have been able to eliminate motor sensors altogether, making controller installation and replacement a true plug-and-play experience

Compatibility
Over CAN, controllers recognise each other automatically. Set up an entire bus from a single connection — firmware updates included. CANopen, DroneCAN and VESC® (command & status) come out of the box. Need another protocol, or your own? We’ll implement it.
*Certain Dynamesys devices can be flashed and operated with VESC®-based firmware. Users can switch between Dynamesys firmware and VESC®-based firmware. Dynamesys firmware can be reinstalled through one of our authorised service partners.
